We are a handmade jewellery company who specialises in metal/enamel earrings

 

Business Foundation

I created the business because one day i was scouring the internet for some simpsons earrings, but i couldnt find exactly what i was looking for, so i decided to make my own. It took a lot of trial and error to get the technique down, but once i managed it, i knew i wanted to create more for other people to buy.

Our business began on 13/11/21 and made 4 sales + accumulated 500 followers within the first week!

 

Why water isnt wet?

The name is random, bizzare even. Many will love it, many will hate it. It has no correlation to jewellery or crafts in the slightest... so why did we pick it?

I have been going by the name "water isnt wet" online for many years now, so it is a name i resonate with. Generating a business name was really difficult and it was a name that just kept coming back to me. The name is different, it stands out from many other small businesses in the industry so will encourage brand recognition. 

I just knew i didn't want to settle to a generic name that i would grow to resent, and so that is why i stuck with my gut and went with water isnt wet!
